The role requires a minimum of three years of experience. Charge experience is preferred. The nurse will be responsible for Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby care, Pediatrics, and GYN. Patient ratios are based on acuity. The department includes various patient populations including maternal, newborn, adult, geriatric, and pediatrics. The facility's equipment includes Philips fetal monitors and utilizes MediTech as the electronic health record system. Scrub color is not specified, but professional attire is expected. Candidates must possess the required certifications to ensure quality patient care. Teamwork and collaboration with medical staff and other employees are essential in providing comprehensive healthcare services.
