Shift Manager Responsibilities Providing an excellent guest experience Ensuring that great food is prepared & served Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful Controlling inventory Scheduling and supervising staff Being a team player Daily Operations and Supervision Cascading training to Sandwich Artists on existing and new responsibilities Scheduling and supervising staff Practicing inventory control standards Ensuring equipment is in proper working order during shift Completing paperwork as needed Benefits Brand partnership discounts Scholarship opportunities Opportunity to earn university course credits Hands‑on career experience in a restaurant business Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment Essential functions: Communication and organizational skills Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed, operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register, bend, stand, walk all day, lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally A training program will be provided to cover all roles and responsibilities.
