Engage in continuous learning and professional development. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Assist in the development of records management procedures. Conduct regular audits of records for accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals. Utilize software tools for tracking and managing records. Assist in the transition of records to digital formats. Provide training and support to new team members. Monitor and report on key performance indicators. Identify opportunities for process improvements in records management. Experience/Qualifications Experience in records management, both physical and digital. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Strong understanding of compliance regulations and documentation standards. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Familiarity with records management software and digital transition tools. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills for training and supporting team members. Experience conducting audits for accuracy and completeness of records.
