About the Role:

As a Line Cook in The Colony, TX, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen by preparing high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards for taste, presentation, and consistency. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation during service hours, maintaining a clean and organized workstation. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow recipes precisely, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of the dining experience. Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

Responsibilities:
