HUD Community Manager (Bilingual English/Vietnamese)

We are seeking an experienced HUD Community Manager who is fluent in English and Vietnamese to oversee the daily operations of our HUD housing community. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HUD regulations, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse resident population.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the apartment community.
• Ensure compliance with HUD regulations and all affordable housing requirements.
• Complete certifications, recertifications, and maintain accurate resident files.
• Supervise onsite staff and coordinate maintenance operations.
• Manage leasing, rent collections, resident relations, and occupancy goals.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and ensure property performance objectives are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professional resident communications.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience managing a HUD or affordable housing community required.
• Thorough knowledge of HUD regulations, compliance, and occupancy requirements.
• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (required).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with Yardi software preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
