Tracking Code5748Job DescriptionPosition Summary This position is responsible for managing smaller projects or a portion of a larger, complex project. May manage a team or serve as a project lead. Responsible for ensuring project schedule and deadlines are adhered to.Position DetailsDevelops client relationships by providing project status updates to client andleadership.Manages budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. forproject.Participates in project meetings with internal departments.Partners with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction of project is on schedule. Develops budget analysis reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders and other reports as necessary.Delegates work and serves as mentor to Project Engineers. Provides coaching andperformance feedback as necessary.Independently performs assignments with instruction only regarding general expected results. Consults with supervisor concerning unusual problems and developments.Provides leadership to project team to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met. Pay: Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For California this ranges from $118,119.00 - $144,368.00 plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
