Bilingual Sales Representative

Job Description Responsible for assisting customers in selecting rental merchandise that meets their needs and budget, recording and processing transactions, maintaining showroom appearance, and performing additional store duties as needed. Greet customers and assist them on sales floor in choosing appropriate merchandise. Compile prospective customer lists and use as sales leads. Call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders. Answer phone and conduct telephone sales as necessary. Explain rent‑to‑own program to customers. Recommend and quote prices on tires and wheels. Assist customers in completing required paperwork and ensure accuracy. Prepare rental agreements or sales contracts for orders obtained. Close and explain the rental agreement with the customer. Sell and explain peripheral services, products or accessories. Coordinate delivery activities with shop personnel. Enter new customer and sales data into computer database and update records. Process payments, agreements, exchanges and other transactions. Investigate and resolve customer service problems with deliveries. Keep showroom clean and organized. Assist in opening and closing the store as required. Perform duties which include rentals, sales, verifications, collections, installations, etc. as necessary. Utilize internal company resources including intranet, fitment guide, etc. Perform additional marketing and sales duties as assigned. Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures and applicable laws. Ability to work Saturdays and split days off until 7 p.m. or later. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must: Have strong customer service skills and the ability to work a sales floor and telephone sales. Possess basic math and data entry skills. Be able to read, write, and interpret documents and instructions. Demonstrate a reliable and ethical approach to sales and customer service. Be willing and able to work weekends, split days off, and early hours as required. Benefits and Compensation Competitive salary, benefits, and paid time off. Store Manager: Bonus up to 9% of profit paid monthly. Assistant Manager: Bonus up to 4.5% of profit paid monthly. Sales Representative: Bonus up to $12.50 per sale paid monthly. Account Representative: Bonus up to $1.25 per customer on rent paid monthly. Tire Technician: Bonus up to $4.15 per car paid monthly.
