Title
CVOR RN - Cardiac Surgery

Schedule
2x8 / 2x12 rotation
Typical hours: shifts scheduled between 06:30 and 23:00
Call: required

Requirements
- Total OR experience: minimum 3 years
- Cardiac/vascular experience: at least 2 years dedicated
- CVOR: minimum 1 year CVOR experience
- Trauma: minimum 1 year in a Level I Trauma facility
- Transplant: 2+ years experience
- Required certifications: BLS, NIH (NIHSS), ACLS
- EMR: EPIC required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the cardiovascular operating room.
- Assist in the preparation of the OR and in various cardiac and vascular surgical procedures.
- Monitor patients' conditions during and after procedures.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure high quality of care.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.
- Document patient care activities and procedures in the electronic medical record.
