Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Manager, Data Analytics to join their team.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $160,000 to $180,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that provide visibility into financial and operational performance.

• Analyze project, customer, vendor, and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and profitability drivers.

• Establish and monitor performance metrics and scorecards to support consistent measurement across business units.

• Partner with finance, operations, and technology teams to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and decision making.

• Lead reporting automation, process improvements, and special analytical projects that enhance organizational efficiency.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, economics, business analytics, data analytics, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in financial planning, finance analytics, business analytics, strategic finance, or a related field.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial performance analysis, profitability reporting, and operational metrics.

• Possess advanced Excel skills and proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools.

• Maintain experience working with large financial and operational data sets and translating findings into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate complex business data and identify meaningful insights.

• Communicate effectively with finance teams, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders through clear reporting and presentations.

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills while managing multiple priorities, projects, and reporting deadlines.

• Work collaboratively across departments to drive reporting consistency, process improvements, and adoption of analytical tools.

• Bring experience with reporting automation, data querying, financial modeling, or enterprise data platforms considered beneficial.
