Business Development Manager | Corporate Practice Open to hiring in Chicago, Miami, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Richmond, Dallas, Houston, or Denver Driving strategic business development and marketing initiatives for a global Corporate practice group, partnering closely with firm leadership to strengthen client relationships, expand market presence, and support revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Developing and executing business development and marketing strategies aligned across global offices Leading high-profile client pitches, proposals, credentials, and business development campaigns Advising partners on growth opportunities, client targeting, cross-selling initiatives, and market positioning Creating strategic business development plans for key clients and prospects Managing practice group marketing materials, thought leadership, client communications, and profile-raising initiatives Conducting market, client, and competitive research to identify opportunities and support business development efforts Collaborating with cross-functional teams across regions to ensure a coordinated global approach Supporting integration of lateral hires and contributing to firmwide growth initiatives This role requires strong commercial acumen, legal industry expertise, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while working both independently and collaboratively within a global marketing and business development team. Experience Minimum of 7 years' experience in marketing or business development, including significant interaction with partners; law firm experience required. Client-facing experience strongly preferred.
