Housing Case Manager — Client Advocacy & Support

Insight Global

Insight Global in Hartford, Connecticut is hiring a Housing Case Manager. This role involves advocating for and assisting homeless or at-risk clients by providing essential services and referrals. The Housing Case Manager will educate clients, improve their access to resources, and maintain client records while ensuring high-quality service standards. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, customer service experience, and a compassionate concern for the vulnerable population.
