Solution ArchitectOur client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Solution Architect for their Johnston, RI location. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical architecture, evaluating technology options and recommending the best approach, identifying technical risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, leading architecture reviews and obtaining governance approvals, and guiding implementation teams and providing architectural oversight.Requirements include experience in distributed systems and technical/application architecture, partnering with engineers, product owners, business stakeholders, and enterprise architects throughout delivery, creating solution architecture diagrams and design documentation, ensuring solutions meet security, resilience, scalability, and performance requirements, developing and presenting Solution Approach documents, defining application impacts and deployment targets, aligning solutions with enterprise roadmaps and standards, providing architecture guidance across multiple teams and vendors, and working closely with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, EOs, and business partners to ensure successful delivery. Years of experience required: 12.00 Years of Experience. Technical skills include distributed systems and application architecture, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), API and integration architecture, event-driven architecture (Kafka, messaging platforms), data architecture and database design, security and identity management, infrastructure and networking fundamentals, DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment patterns, and disaster recovery and resiliency design.Why should you apply?
