Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities Aggressive Revenue Growth Implement comprehensive strategies to hit aggressive sales targets and capitalize on new business opportunities. Customer‑First Success Build strong, long‑term relationships through proactive satisfaction strategies and data‑driven feedback analysis. Operational Excellence Optimize sales processes and systems while using performance metrics to refine revenue outcomes. Territory Management Manage and maintain an accurate CRM including forecasting and reporting of revenue performance for your defined region. Market & Competitive Intelligence Analyze industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our pricing and solution portfolio remain market‑leading. Strategic Partnerships Identify and pursue key partnerships to expand our market reach and diversify revenue streams. Qualifications Experience 10 years of progressive experience in sales management, or business development related role. Preferably with 5 years in a senior executive position within the data center, infrastructure, or networking industries. Experience and knowledge of structured cabling products and/or OEM compatible transceivers/DAC/AOC/AxC is a plus. Skills and Competencies Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a fast‑paced, competitive environment. Analytical mindset and ability to make data‑driven decisions. Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating others to achieve high performance. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and other relevant technologies. Experience selling High Tech products into large Hyperscale/Cloud customers. Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
