Regional Sales Manager

Regional Sales Manager role focused on driving West Coast growth for a power supply manufacturer specializing in high-power, open frame, and server power solutions. Responsible for new business development, executing regional sales strategies, and building strong relationships with OEMs, VARs, and system integrators. Leverages deep industry expertise to deliver tailored solutions, monitor market trends, and collaborate with engineering and product teams. Provides sales forecasting and pipeline reporting to support company goals. Direct hire $110-130K Requirements 8+ years of sales experience in high-power power supply solutions (open frame and server power) Proven track record selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators, and end users Strong technical knowledge of power supply products and applications Established industry network and client relationships Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets in competitive markets Excellent communication and presentation skills Based on the West Coast (preferably Northern California or Washington); open to remote within region #J-18808-Ljbffr Partners Personnel
