This role requires strong technical acumen in the sciences, strategic project management, and a customer-first mindset to ensure the success of scientific product and service rollouts.Lead implementation of complex scientific systems and platforms (e.g., lab automation or data analytics tools)Partner with clients including IT infrastructure, IT Security, global application teams, and local/regional lab managers, and business stakeholders to understand scientific goals and operational needsDesign and manage detailed project plans tailored to scientific workflowsEnsure regulatory and compliance considerations (e.g., FDA, GLP/GMP) are factored into implementation strategiesProvide hands-on guidance and training on system use and data management protocolsCoordinate with internal science teams and product development to bridge technical gaps and ensure accurate outcomesTroubleshoot scientific software/hardware integration issues and manage post-launch optimizationQualificationsBachelor's or advanced degree in a scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Environmental Science, Biomedical Engineering)5+ years of experience managing implementation or project management in a scientific or technical settingStrong understanding of scientific methodologies and lab environmentsAbility to think critically and solve problemsExcellent communication skills with the ability to speak fluently across scientific and business domainsProject management expertise with experience using tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, or scientific LIMS platformsFamiliarity with industry regulations and best practices in the relevant scientific fieldCommutable to a large US Food Testing laboraotry.
