Part Time Administrative Assistant

We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team! As an Administrative Assistant, you'll perform various administrative support functions for a management position such as typing correspondence, filing, and arranging meetings. Other responsibilities include project management, making travel arrangements, filing and routing incoming mail. A problem-solver - you love collaborating with others to provide world-class support and striving towards excellence while knowing when to ask for help when needed What you'll do in this role: Perform administrative support functions, including typing, scheduling meetings, and taking minutes Coordinate projects as assigned by supervisor Answer incoming phone calls, route calls, and take messages as appropriate Make travel arrangements for supervisor Maintain filing system Open and sort incoming mail for supervisor Ideally, you should have: Associate's Degree or equivalent, with additional specialized training in the secretarial field. Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative support position.
