Job Summary Home Care Now is seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Home Health RN/LPN to provide one-on-one care in a home setting. This role is ideal for a nurse who values autonomy, patient relationships, and the ability to deliver skilled care in a home-based setting rather than a facility environment. What You’ll Do * Travel to patient homes to provide skilled nursing care * Assess patient condition, vital signs, and response to treatment * Administer medications * Complete accurate, timely documentation for each visit What We’re Looking For * Active RN license in the state of employment * Current CPR or BLS certification * Level 2 Background * Strong assessment and communication skills * Ability to work independently in a home-based care setting * At least 1year of Home health experience * Experienced with trach g-tube Schedule and Pay * Both days and Nights available7am to 7pm/7pm to 7am * Flexible scheduling options may be available * Pay range: $32 to $42per hour Why Join Home Care Now We offer benefits that are important to you: * Weekly Pay * Paid Time Off (PTO) Benefits * You are our W2 Employee - not an independent contractor!
