Job Title: Admin Project Manager III
Location: Merritt Island FL
Type: Contract / On-site / Monday to Friday
Compensation: starts at $81 per hour

We are seeking an Admin Project Manager to support project execution, stakeholder coordination, and program tracking within a high-velocity aerospace environment. This role is responsible for ensuring alignment across teams, monitoring project performance, and supporting the delivery of strategic business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define project requirements, identify interdependencies, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track program progress and performance, providing regular reports to leadership.
• Develop internal and external communications and support change management activities.
• Participate in leadership meetings to address organizational barriers and recommend efficient decision-making.
• Ensure timely delivery of strategic business goals in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Requirements

• Experience defining project requirements and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience tracking program progress and performance and reporting updates to leadership.
• Strong communication skills with experience developing internal and external communications.
• Experience supporting change management initiatives.
• Ability to identify organizational barriers and recommend improvements to support decision-making.
• Experience managing and tracking performance across multiple projects.
• Ability to work in a high-velocity
