Partners closely with Business Bankers to prepare high-quality credit arrangements, provides advanced financial insights, and ensures compliance with lending policies and timelines. Serves as a mentor and resource to junior analysts, leads training efforts, and contributes to department process improvements and credit administration.**Job Duties and Responsibilities*** **Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
