Occupational Therapist (OT) – Pediatric Home Health

Location: San Antonio, Schertz, Converse, Selma, Stone Oak, Shavano Park, Leon Valley, Balcones Heights, Helotes, South San Antonio and Hollywood Park
Pay: $81,000 – $101,000 per year

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Hours

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) who is passionate about empowering children to achieve independence through play, creativity, and everyday routines — all while enjoying flexibility and a supportive team culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and treat children with sensory, fine motor, and daily living skill needs.
• Design and implement individualized, play-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and our multidisciplinary therapy team to ensure progress and carryover.
• Educate families on strategies and home activities to promote development.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our easy-to-use EMR system.

What You’ll Need:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Texas OT license (or eligibility).
• NBCOT certification (or eligibility).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A heart for helping kids and families reach meaningful goals.
