Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will report to senior operational leadership and will be dedicated full-time to a large-scale ground-up construction project. This is a hands-on project leadership role requiring active involvement in project execution, financial performance, scheduling, and client management.

Lead the successful delivery of a $65M+ ground-up commercial construction project from preconstruction through closeout.

Manage all project financials, including budget development, forecasting, cost control, and reporting.

Oversee project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 and ensure milestones are achieved.

Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, project staff, and client representatives.

Drive project execution while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule objectives.

Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, communication, and reporting.

Mentor and lead project team members while maintaining accountability for overall project performance.

For the Senior Project Manager we are seeking:

Proven experience managing ground-up construction projects valued at approximately $65M or greater.

Municipal, civic, government, courthouse, or public sector construction experience strongly preferred.

Experience leading large project teams with direct reports.

Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control expertise.

Proficiency using Primavera P6 scheduling software.

Experience utilizing Procore construction management software.

Ability to work onsite full-time and lead day-to-day project execution.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Track record of delivering projects safely, on budget, and on schedule.

Base salary: $130,000 - $145,000

Fuel card provided.
