Role Overview We are seeking a NetSuite Administrator to provide hands-on support during a post-go-live phase, focusing on workflow configuration, permissions, and user access management. This role also involves documenting processes, creating training materials and screen recordings, and training business users on NetSuite functionality. The ideal candidate is a mature, patient, and collaborative professional who can work effectively alongside an experienced internal team and recommend process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
NetSuite Administration & Configuration
Configure and maintain NetSuite workflows to support business processes.
Manage user permissions and access controls within NetSuite.
Provide hands-on post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Documentation & Training
Document NetSuite processes and configurations for ongoing reference.
Create training materials and screen recordings for business users.
Train business users on NetSuite functionality and best practices.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
Collaborate with an experienced internal team to support ongoing NetSuite operations.
Recommend process improvements based on observed workflows and user needs.
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience administering NetSuite, including workflow configuration.
NetSuite Administrator certification required.
Experience managing user permissions and access controls in NetSuite.
Experience providing post-go-live support for NetSuite implementations.
Experience creating process documentation and training materials, including screen recordings.
Experience training business users on system functionality.

EDI experience.
