Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, fast-response care to patients of all ages in our Emergency Department. Triage, assess, implement interventions, and support patients and families in urgent and often life-critical situations. Coordinates patient assessment through collection of patient’s health data. Analyzes patient assessments to determine nursing diagnoses and identifies expected outcomes. Coordinates an interdisciplinary plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain expected outcomes. Implements the interventions identified in the plan of care. Evaluates the patient’s progress toward attainment of outcomes. Triage assessment on all patients. Performs focused assessments for all age populations. Administers and monitors Procedural Sedation. Performs all other duties as assigned.
