Chapman Las Vegas Dodge Chrysler Jeep is seeking a skilled Mopar Certified Technician to join our Service Department. In this role, you will perform quality maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards while helping ensure every customer receives exceptional service. • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems with an emphasis on major mechanical components, including gas and diesel engines and gear-trains
• Perform maintenance and repairs according to repair orders and dealership processes
• Accurately diagnose vehicle concerns and recommend additional maintenance or repairs as needed
• Communicate repair recommendations and estimated completion times to the Service Advisor
• Complete warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and ensure quality workmanship
• Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Mopar Certification is required for this position
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid Nevada driver’s license with a clean driving record required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
