Senior Operations Leader - Lean Manufacturing & Growth

SelectOne

SelectOne is seeking a unique leader to steer the operational strategy as the company moves into an exciting growth phase. This hands-on yet strategic role shapes design, forecasting, and capability expansion to accommodate a 2–3x increase while maintaining quality and customer focus. The successful candidate will have 15–20 years in manufacturing ops, a degreed engineering background (ME/EE/IE), and a proven LEAN-driven approach with strong talent development and cross-functional leadership
