Inventory Control Clerk

Inventory Clerk CTDI is a large‑scale Engineering, Repair, and Logistics company that services the country’s largest wireless telecommunications providers, as well as the largest high‑speed Internet & cable providers. CTDI employs over 11,000 US full‑time employees across 60 operations, and has a global workforce of more than 20,000. 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday‑Friday Pay Rate: $16.03 per hour Duties And Responsibilities Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy. Identify and investigate discrepancies in inventory records. Verify stock information and unit identification numbers. Store and retrieve equipment and/or parts for work orders. Ensure the proper maintenance of labeling and signage across the facility. Comply with quality performance standards. Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry into CTDI systems using PC and RF handheld devices. Coordinate with other departments to optimize inventory management processes. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition. Follow warehouse safety regulations. Perform any other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports. Required Skills And Experience Basic knowledge of computer programs for data entry. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Thoroughness and attention to detail in task completion. Competence in maintaining accurate and organized records. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Skills And Experience Previous experience in a high‑volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service, or forward logistics operation. Experience with inventory management software. Ability to handle basic issues and refer complex ones to higher‑level staff. Time‑management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Educational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
