As a Recreational Gymnastics Coach , you’ll work alongside an amazing team of coaches and program coordinators to create a fun, positive, and confidence-building experience for kids in our Preschool, Gymnastics, and NinjaZone programs. No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know about gymnastics and ninja. You just bring the enthusiasm and willingness to learn! The ideal candidate is energetic, creative, a strong communicator , and excited to be part of a fast-paced, uplifting environment. Perks & Benefits Discounted classes, camps, and events Discounts at our gift shop and café Opportunities for growth within the company Ongoing employee education Bereavement pay Maternity leave What to Expect Lots of high fives and fist bumps Endless smiles and laughs with kids Leading groups of 5-8 children through fun circuits and stations Connecting with parents about their child’s progress A family-like, high-energy environment Responsibilities Provide instruction, corrections, and encouragement to students Learn and follow USAG and Arizona Sunrays guidelines Build knowledge in gymnastics, preschool, and ninja skills Track attendance and skill progress Create positive relationships with students, families, and teammates Requirements Must be 16 years or older Available to work at least two days per week Available afternoons and weekends Able to stand for extended periods Able to lift up to 50 pounds Passion for movement and working with kids Available Shifts Monday: 3:15-7:45pm Tuesday: 3:15-8:0pm Wednesday: 3:15-8:00 pm Thursday: 3:-8:00 pm Friday: 3:15-7:30pm Saturday: 8:00 am-12:00 pm Become a role model for children in the community!
