Responsibilities: Set up sections and prepare for the shift Complete side work to ensure the restaurant is ready for service Familiarize yourself with the menu and daily specials Greet guests promptly and warmly Present menus and assist customers in selecting food and beverages Take and serve orders efficiently Answer questions and make recommendations for complementary products Collaborate with fellow servers and kitchen/bar staff to ensure smooth operations Address complaints or issues with a positive attitude Issue bills and process payments accurately Skills: A hospitable demeanor is essential; prior restaurant experience is a bonus Experience handling cash and processing payments Strong attention to cleanliness and safety standards Patience and a customer-oriented mindset Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude Responsible, trustworthy, and dependable Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively Knowledge of craft beer is a plus, but a willingness to learn is key Familiarity with Toast or similar POS systems is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr Red Rock Brewing Co
