Director, Product Management – GRCx Product Management At Capital One, the GRCx (GRC Product and Data) team is modernizing risk management with technology, moving from reactive to proactive, and from manual to automated. The Product Leader will drive transformation of critical products supporting the core business. Key Focus Areas Human Centered – Obsesses about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions Business Focused – Delivers game‑changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence Technology Driven – Leverages technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near‑term and long‑term value Integrated Problem Solving – Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks Transformational Leadership – Leads cross‑functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products (preferred) Compensation & Benefits Salary ranges (pre‑tax) for full‑time Directors of Product Management: McLean, VA: $230,400 – $263,000 Richmond, VA: $209,500 – $239,100 Role is also eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
