Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Shipping Auditor to join their team. As a Shipping Auditor, you will be part of the Shipping Department supporting the shipping operations team. The ideal candidate will have keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping Auditor

Location: Greenville, NC

Pay Range: $11.00

Shift: 12-Hour rotating shift

What's the Job?

• Verify the accuracy, condition, and readiness of outbound pallets and loads in the shipping area.
• Audit case pick pallets for order accuracy and inspect for damaged cases and pallets.
• Maintain accurate records of audit findings, damage, and discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts and verification tasks.
• Communicate findings effectively to shipping leadership to ensure safe, accurate, and timely shipments.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, auditing, or inventory management is advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret picking slips and related documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and quick identification of discrepancies or damage.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack safely and effectively.
