Job Details Location: Flagstaff, AZ 86001 Setting: Home Health / Hospice Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse Contract Length: 14 weeks Start Date: 8/24/2026 Hours Per Week: 40 Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts Schedule: Regular daytime schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with on-call coverage from 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM Monday through Friday; weekend on-call rotation from Friday 4:30 PM through Monday 8:00 AM Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230 Service Area: Up to a 60-mile radius Caseload: Up to 15 patients Job Requirements Active Arizona RN license or compact RN license Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required Recent home health, homecare, or hospice experience preferred Experience using HCHB strongly preferred Associate degree in Nursing or higher Comfortable with rotating on-call and weekend coverage Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Ability to work independently while providing compassionate, patient-centered care Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in the homecare and hospice setting Manage a caseload of up to 15 patients with efficiency and compassion Complete all visit types, including routine visits, admissions, and end-of-life care visits Support patients and families with respectful, coordinated care Document visits accurately and maintain timely clinical records Participate in on-call coverage and weekend rotation as scheduled Coordinate care across the 60-mile service area to help ensure continuity and quality Represent the team with professionalism, reliability, and a strong patient-first mindset Why Join This Travel Nursing Opportunity?
