Key Responsibilities Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression. Achieving sales targets and performance metrics. Interacting with customers and educating them about our products, building rapport and lasting relationships. Maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, supporting loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures. Managing cash and adhering to all policy and procedures for security, health & safety, and stock accuracy standards. Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays. Retail sales experience preferred, but not required. Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles. Excellent communication skills. Positive and professional attitude. Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment. Working Conditions Retail environment. Salary Minimum $12.00 per hour. Maximum $15.75 per hour.
