About the Role
You'll own end-to-end marketing at Conduit, an AI agent platform built for hospitality. This is a hands-on role where you drive both product marketing and demand generation, working directly on the work rather than managing a team. You'll be the operator who uses AI leverage to scale what traditionally took a full marketing department.
What You'll Do
- Build positioning and develop the marketing site, including solutions pages tailored to different customer segments.
- Create video content, use cases, and webinars that showcase product value.
- Conduct competitor analysis across the hospitality and broader AI landscape.
- Own the blog, design assets, and experiments with media franchises like newsletters, podcasts, and influencer partnerships.
- Execute field marketing campaigns including city-wide activations, in-person events, conferences, and relationship dinners.
- Develop and amplify founder thought leadership on LinkedIn and other channels.
- Design and optimize paid ad campaigns with creative direction.
- Refine signup funnels and build lead generation into a scalable, tightly-targeted machine.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS or AI company marketing, with hands-on experience across both inbound and outbound channels.
- Track record leading high-performing marketing teams at fast-growing companies that run frequent experiments.
- Comfort spanning the full spectrum: outbound, events, and field marketing alongside SEO, content, and case studies.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end campaign ownership and measurable results.
- No hospitality background required; ability to learn the vertical quickly is what matters.
Compensation & Benefits
- $150–240K base salary
- 0.20%–0.75% equity
