About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our team. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a stable company known for low turnover and long-term growth opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming materials
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock control
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety and company procedures
- Support production and material flow as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Basic computer or RF scanner experience is a plus
- Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
- Team player with a strong work ethic
