Assistant Service Manager – Fleet Maintenance Location: Chattanooga , TN Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am -5pm for 1 week training in Knoxville, TN then 3 weeks training in Nashville, TN after training is completed schedule will be alternating Monday - Friday / Tuesday - Saturday. What We Do Preventive Maintenance (PM) Inspections DOT Inspections Mechanical Repairs Tire Services Comprehensive fleet maintenance solutions What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, technicians, and internal teams Schedule service appointments and follow up on customer needs Maintain steady workflow and track vehicle service timelines Communicate clearly and proactively to ensure high customer satisfaction Support daily branch operations with a focus on efficiency and quality What We’re Looking For Experience Automotive or transportation industry background preferred Previous Service Advisor or Service Management experience a plus Skills and Traits Strong verbal communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Comfortable with data entry, reporting, and scheduling systems Dependable, punctual, and professional Positive, teachable attitude with problem-solving ability Why Join Acts Fleet Maintenance?
