Administrative Services Assistant

Job Title Under general supervision, is responsible for professional staff work of routine through average difficulty. The candidate selected for this position will be responsible for front desk clerical type duties such as answering phones, greeting customer, receiving & processing customer applications and verifications. This position calls for a lot of data review and data entry, the candidate will be subjected to special projects and special assignments related to Family Assistance programs. Customer service is top priority to us, training will be done onsite with clerical teams already in place, in addition to required classroom and virtual trainings. Education and Experience: Candidate must be high school graduate or have their GED. Location Requirements Candidate must be local. - Candidate Must Be Local Background Verification Minimum Verification Requirements - Fingerprinting is required for all TN DHS positions. Suppliers are to provide the correct IDEMIA coupon code to each of their candidates so the candidate can take it with them to their fingerprinting appointment. Accurate background checks are not required to be run by the supplier for any TN DHS contractor.
