Description - Your Daily Impact

• Conduct both routine and complex laboratory tests spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond, all within established protocols.
• Carefully analyze lab results to ensure precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments with care.
• Contribute to the specimen collection process and prepare samples for accurate testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, assist in training new staff or students, and uphold the lab's high-quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, strictly following all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Must maintain current certification throughout your time with us.
