Responsibilities - Embark on This Journey

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests across various disciplines, including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, all within established protocols.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform preventive maintenance on lab equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection, preparing samples for analysis when required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and ensure adherence to lab quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and orderly workspace, complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain your certification actively throughout your employment period.
