• End Date/Duration: 15 days per month, spread over 2-3 weekends
• Shift: Call only, 7a-7a shifts
• Hours/week: Up to 15 days/month
• Employment Type: Locum Tenens
• License/Certifications: Medical license in Texas, Board Certified/Eligible in Pediatrics
• Experience: Previous hospitalist or pediatric hospitalist experience preferred

What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient pediatric care during assigned shifts
• Manage patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Collaborate with hospital staff and specialists to ensure high-quality patient care
• Document patient encounters accurately and timely
• Communicate effectively with families and healthcare team members
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and procedures

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Texas
• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics
• At least 2 years of hospitalist or pediatric inpatient experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to cover 15 days per month including weekend shifts
