This position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, functional, and well‑kept environment for our residents, guests, visitors, and staff. Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures. Communicate employee performance, attendance, and other concerns to the Facilities Director. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback on staff performance. Maintain the appearance of campus grounds by mowing, trimming, planting, watering, weeding, and removing debris. Plant and care for flowers, trees, shrubs, lawns, and garden areas. Apply mulch, fertilizer, and herbicides as needed. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely. Monitor landscaping supplies and assist with purchasing and inventory. Install and maintain landscape features, irrigation systems, and outdoor improvements.
