Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional milestones
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply proven therapeutic methods to enhance patients' physical skills, cognitive functions, and daily living abilities
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Share knowledge regarding therapy practices to encourage continued progress outside of the clinical setting
• Track Patient Progress: Monitor clinical developments and modify treatment plans as required, ensuring patients consistently move towards their goals

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing education and professional certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) state license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
