Your Role

In this position, you'll transcend traditional treatment paradigms; your focus will be on restoring routines, rebuilding self-esteem, and reigniting the passion for everyday activities. You'll guide stroke survivors through intricate motor exercises to regain fine motor function, assist orthopedic patients in reclaiming their mobility post-surgery, utilizing your expertise to provide compassionate care that encourages resilience and autonomy.

This is not a place for mere checklists or routine interventions. Here, each patient represents a unique journey, and every therapy session unfolds a new chapter of recovery. Collaborating closely with fellow therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members, you will co-create rehabilitation plans tailored to the unique narratives of the individuals you serve.

Discover our Team - and the Inspiring Place We Call Home

Within our organization, we've fostered a culture unlike any other. Our rehab team doesn't simply go through the motions - we uplift each other, exchange insights, and celebrate achievements (both large and small) as one. You will discover a workplace that values your input, prioritizes your professional development, and allows you to see your positive impact on patients each day.

Then consider your surroundings: the Bay Area , a magnificent region that awakens the senses and entices the adventurous spirit. Leave behind the rigidity of urban life - instead, immerse yourself in lush coastlines, redwood forests, and a cultural melting pot. Indulge your palate with a diverse food scene that caters to every taste, while artisanal coffee shops and eclectic boutiques await at every turn. The atmosphere thrives with innovation, creativity, and a community that champions exploration and connection.

Your Ideal Candidate

We seek an individual who perceives occupational therapy not as just a job, but as a dedication. You are someone who feels excitement when a patient regains the ability to use their hand, walks with reduced assistance, or opens up about their experiences for the first time.

Whether you are an experienced OTR/L or a fresh graduate eager to make waves in the field, you will flourish here if you approach your work with compassion, diligence, and a commitment to excellence. If you are drawn to the prospect of blending exceptional care with an outstanding lifestyle - this is your moment.

Join Us in Crafting a Meaningful Future

We invite you to be part of something beyond just a job title. Here, your efforts will not only shape lives but will also rejuvenate spirits and restore what has been temporarily lost. Engage deeply within a community that perfectly balances ambition with tranquility.

Are you ready to cultivate your career, give back, and immerse yourself in a community that genuinely cares? We can't wait to meet you.
