Job Summary Pro Rehab is an established rehab company with over 35 years of experience. We are looking for a licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our staff at Fargo Elim in Fargo, ND. This full‑time, benefits‑eligible position offers a wage range of $38–$60 per hour depending on experience. Position Details Position Type: Full‑Time, benefits eligible Wage Range: $38–$60 per hour (experience dependent) Location: 3534 University Dr S, Fargo, ND 58104 Responsibilities Assess & diagnose communication disorders (speech, language, voice, fluency, swallowing). Develop & implement personalized treatment plans to improve functional deficits. Provide speech & language therapy through exercises and interventions. Educate and support patients and families with communication strategies. Monitor progress, document outcomes, and modify therapy plans as needed. Collaborate with healthcare and education teams to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited speech‑therapy program and hold a bachelor’s degree. Current accredited North Dakota SLP license. Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations. Experience developing care and discharge plans. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals. Excellent communication skills for educating patients and families. Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations. Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
