Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• CPR
• Bachelor's Degree

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift Days: Monday - Friday
• Weekend Requirement: No
• Coverage area includes Graves County and Calloway County

Downtown Mayfield is about 25 miles from Murray and about 30 miles from Kentucky Lake, which supports boating, fishing, and waterfront recreation.
