Perform pre- and post-rehabilitation testing while monitoring physiological responses to adapt treatment plans. Identify contraindications or abnormal responses and execute appropriate clinical interventions or medical referrals. Deliver specialized health and exercise education to patients, staff, and the community through classes and public speaking. Maintain clinical equipment and departmental records while providing operational oversight in the manager’s absence. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
