In this role, you'll assist clients with exploring vacation possibilities, comparing travel options, and coordinating travel arrangements for a variety of experiences. Whether it's a relaxing beach retreat, family vacation, cruise, group getaway, or international adventure, you'll help travelers navigate their options and create experiences they'll remember for years to come.

No prior travel industry experience is required-training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

What You Will Do

• Connect with clients to learn about their travel goals, interests, and preferences
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
• Recommend travel options that align with client budgets, schedules, and expectations
• Assist with coordinating reservations, transportation, lodging, and activities
• Provide travel information, destination insights, and planning support
• Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online communication platforms
• Coordinate booking details and confirmations with supplier partners
• Maintain organized records of itineraries, reservations, and client interactions
• Stay informed on travel trends, supplier updates, and promotional opportunities
• Deliver outstanding service throughout the planning and booking experience

Qualifications

• Interest in travel, hospitality, customer service, sales, or client-focused work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable managing tasks independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online applications
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the US, UK, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring countries
