Our customers trust us to handle their data with air-tight security measures, which is something that we guarantee.AWS is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Data Center Security Manager to join our expanding Infrastructure Operations team.Key job responsibilities-Deliver Results-Oversee contract security staff and daily operations-Manage data center security-Coordinate with security vendors-Maintain availability for emergency response-Monitor and ensure functionality of security systems-Ownership-Drive continuous improvement through KPIs and improvement plans-Ensure proper protocol adherence by all personnel-Oversee access control, visitor management, and CCTV systems-Manage facility access badge issuance-Maintain security equipment through regular inspections-Implement preventative maintenance programs-Bias for Action-Investigate security incidents and provide notifications-Involvement in emergency response plans and evacuation procedures-Develop relationships with law enforcement and emergency services-Customer Obsession-Generate security incident reports-Prepare and deliver presentations to business partners-Support internal security evaluations-Ensure compliance with corporate security standards-Earn Trust-Identify security-related opportunities-Develop innovative security solutions-Ensure professional security interactionsAbout the teamAWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
