Transaction Manager – Car Dealership West Berkshire £50,000 – £60,000 OTE + Company Car We are currently recruiting for a talented and driven Transaction Manager to join a busy franchised car dealership in the West Berkshire area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader to play a key role in driving the performance of both new and used car sales teams. The Role As Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for maximising sales performance and profitability across the dealership. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure every opportunity is optimised, particularly through finance, insurance, and renewal activity. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of Sales Executives across new and used vehicle sales Drive performance through PCP renewals, finance packages, and F&I products Ensure all sales targets and profitability objectives are achieved Maintain a strong focus on new car targets as a priority Control and optimise the finance and insurance sales process Oversee sales campaigns and promotions to maximise results Ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction at all times About You Previous experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, Sales Controller, or similar role Strong background in both new and used car sales Proven ability to maximise sales through finance and insurance products Hands‑on approach, actively involved in deal negotiations Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills Excellent organisational, motivational, and team‑building abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
