Manufacturing Recruiter

As a Manufacturing Recruiter, you'll join trak group's recruiting team and play a hands-on role in helping local professionals take the next step in their careers while supporting the growth of manufacturing teams throughout the region. This is a full-cycle recruiting role for someone who's driven, people-first, and motivated by meaningful results.

What You'll Do:

• Source, screen, and place manufacturing talent in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles
• Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline through calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking
• Develop relationships with candidates to understand their goals, experience, and long-term fit
• Create clear, thoughtful candidate profiles for internal and client use
• Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through offers and next steps
• Stay organized, responsive, and proactive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
