Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective serviceProvide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandledOversee administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of service departmentDistribute work between technicians efficientlyAnswer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairsEffectively communicate to the customer the timeline of repair and maintenanceFollow-up with progress calls and/or emails to customers regarding any changes in the estimate or pick-up timeResolve customer complaints and questionsQualifications:Minimum of 2-3 years’ experienceHighline dealership preferredExcellent follow-through skillsBroad knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operationsFantastic communication skillsConsistent record of service and sales successStrong record of positive customer satisfaction resultsAbility to be analytical, problem solve and multi-taskTeam oriented and self-motivatedExperience with CDK preferredValid driver's license and clean driving recordCompensation:The Service Advisor Position has a Monthly Pay Range of $2,929.33- $12,000. Pay Scale consisting of the following elements. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation and may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.We are a drug free environment.
